Imam Berry Honored at IHW

On Wednesday, March 2, 2011, Imam Mohammad Ali Elahi and the Islamic House of Wisdom (IHW) honored Imam Abdul Latif Berry

for his three decades of service during a dinner reception in the presence of a large number of imams, the board of directors of the Islamic Institute of Knowledge, the Islamic Center of America, Bint Jebail Cultural Center, and the Karbala Center, and a group of leaders and community members. Dr. Mohammad Ajjour, a founding chairman and the head of IHW's Advisory Council, welcomed the participants and thanked Imam Berry for his service to the American Muslim Community, especially his help in answering their religious questions and concerns. Imam Mohammad Ali Elahi then spoke followed by a final speech from Imam Berry.
